.) Players must present a Pop’s Player’s Card in order to be eligible for a Live Action Tournament.
.) Live Action Tournament registrations and initial chips will be available at the cage ONLY, not from dealers, chip runners or the front desk.
.) Players must pay a fixed fee of $105 in order to register for the Live Action Tournament to receive chips that will be used in the competition.
.) Once players are registered for a Live Action Tournament, they may purchase additional chips at the time of registration, up to the table limits for the game they are playing.
.) Players must give their receipt for registration into the Live Action Tournament to the dealer - NO EXCEPTIONS!
.) When a player is seated at a Live Action table and swiped in, a timer is started that tracks their seated time. A scoreboard will be displayed showing the top players' times. It is the player’s responsibility to make sure that they are properly swiped in. Time cannot be added to a player’s entry after the fact.
.) If/when a player gets up from the table, their timer will stop, when they return, it will resume.
.) Players are subject to “extended break rules” that may affect their Live Action Tournament time.
.) The chips that you have when you are first seated at the table, are your “Live Action Tournament chips in play” stack.
.) A player may add-on to an existing stack, in-between hands, provided that they have at least one (1) big blind left in their stack. This may be done ONLY from a chip runner who will be circling the floor at preset times. If at that time the chip runner is present, the player must make a very clear verbal declaration to the dealer and chip runner that they wish to “add-on” at that moment and for how much. They will then be able to remain in the Live Action Tournament and their time will continue to accrue.
.) If a player has “busted” they can always later buy into subsequent Live Action Tournament (2nd, 3rd, 4th etc.). A player may compete in “multiple” Live Action Tournaments at the same time as their final times will remain on the scoreboard for the remainder of the day. Players who have busted may NOT receive chips from other players to remain in the Live Action Tournament. They are required to re-register at the cage.
.) A player’s “time” will continue to compete against other competitors and be displayed on the scoreboard even if the player loses all of their chips.
.) All Live Action Tournaments are run and are reset daily at the close of each day.
.) Those who survive in the competition the longest based on their “seated” time, within any given day of competition will receive money back on their card redeemable for future $5 buyins, and food and drink at Pop's Bar and Grill. All players who are clocked in for 3 or more hours in Live Action Tournament #1 will receive a proportionate payout based on how long they are in the competition. For all other Live Action Tournaments, the top 20% will receive $25 (5x their money). The remainder of the last place finish (0-4 contestants) will receive their buyin ($5) back on their card.
.) Rewards may take up to 48 hours to post after the end of the daily Live Action Tournament. Rewards do not expire. Management reserves the right to change the payout structure at any time.
