VDACS has re-opened the regulations for charitable gaming with regard to poker, for public comment.
Public comments are open through February 14th @ 11:59pm. We are now asking for quality comments OVER quantity. Delegate Wren Williams and Delegate Kim Taylor have already entered comments that are consistent with what we have determined are necessary changes to the regulations.

What is the end game?
We wish to create and maintain a Charitable Gaming Poker room that serves the public with high quality, professionally run poker that raises money for charity. Our mission is four fold:

We are the first, and largest card room of its kind in the State of Virginia and we run a first class operation giving our players a true “Vegas style” poker playing experience.
